Recently I was asked about different wine regions within the Barossa Valley or best called sub regions. Greenock shown on this map is one example of a sub region. Moppa and Seppeltsfied are to other distinct sub regions. Each vineyard with in these sub regions has its own distinctive aspect and so to are the wines produced from them. The joy of single vineyard wines is the distinctive characteristic found within wines produced from
different sub regions close by.
