You must be 18 years of age or over to purchase alcohol from this website by entering and placing an order on this site you warrant that you are of legal drinking age.

The De Fazio Vineyard and Zitta Wines supports the responsible service of alcohol.

All prices include relevant Australian taxes – WET (Wine Equalisation Tax) and GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Dispatch Policy
Orders are shipped weekly using Australia Post’s Wine Delivery Service. Wine orders are usually received within 7 working days for major capital cities and 10 working days for country centres. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery from receipt of your order confirmation email. Phoning before delivery is unfortunately not available. Australia Post tracking is used for shipments.

Refund Policy
Shipments are insured with Australia Post only when signed for on delivery. In circumstances where a shipment is damaged or missing as verified by Australia Post, a replacement order will be shipped to you free of charge. There is no refund for change of mind or incorrect ordering.

We take your privacy very seriously and take every reasonable step to ensure your information is kept secure. We will use your information to process your order as requested, to personalise your online experience and to provide you with updates and special offers (if and when applicable).
